We occasionally offer kids and adult goats for sale. When we do, they’ll be listed on our For Sale page. Please reach out if you’re interested in a particular breeding or animal.
Goats are social animals and need a goat friend – we will never sell a single goat unless you already have goats. Whenever possible, we prefer to sell in pairs, as they tend to adjust much better to their new home with a companion they’ve grown up with.
Reservations & Deposits
- Reservations are accepted in the order received.
- A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold a kid. Until a deposit is received, the goat is not considered reserved.
- If the kid you reserved’s availability changes, your deposit can be transferred to another available kid or refunded.
We reserve the right to retain any and all kids from any breeding.
Pricing & Payment
- Wethers are typically $200-$300. Breeding-quality does and bucks are priced individually based on conformation, genetics, and potential.
- Full payment is due before any goat leaves the farm.
- We accept Cash, Venmo, and Paypal.
Pick-up & Transport
- Kids are typically ready to leave, after being weaned, around 12 weeks old.
- Goats must be picked up within an agreed-upon timeframe. A boarding fee may apply if pickup is delayed.
- We do not ship goats. Local pickup is required. Delivery may be available within a reasonable distance for a fee – just ask.
Health & Management
- Kids are disbudded, vaccinated, and dewormed before leaving. Wethers will be castrated prior to pickup unless other arrangements are made.
- Our herd is tested regularly for CAE, CL, and Johne’s.
- All goats are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Once they leave our property, we are no longer responsible for their health or management.
Expectations
- We do not guarantee size, production, show potential, or temperament. No animal is perfect, and it’s important that buyers do their research before purchase.
